It's important to keep in mind that during the time these files were captured and archived, the ROME project had been taking place in the NCDOT GIS unit for well over a year. That means that no quarterly updates had been sent to mapping during that time. About the only updates we've been able to obtain concerned municipal boundaries and bridge locations. We hope to begin getting updated road data from GIS in the late winter or early spring of 2017.
