STIP Manager Report: MPO Summary NCDOT STIP The N.C. Department of Transportation's long-range transportation plan – called the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) – identifies the construction funding and schedule for state transportation projects over a 10-year period. NCDOT updates the STIP approximately every two years. The data-driven process to update the STIP is called Strategic Prioritization. For more information, visit NCDOT’s STIP web site. MPO Summary STIP Manager provides the user with a web-based interface to view, enter, and edit data associated with the NCDOT Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). Modules are included to allow users to add and manage projects, input funding information, and to process STIP revisions through an automated workflow. Additional reporting and analysis features are included. The MPO Summary report is a summation of all NCDOT Programmed Amounts by Fund Source and Fund Type for an MPO and Project Mode (Highway/Non-Highway) for the first four years of the selected STIP. A report can be generated for any single MPO, a selected set of MPOs, or all MPOs in North Carolina. STIP and Revision filters are available as report output options.
