STIP Manager Report: Project History NCDOT STIP The N.C. Department of Transportation's long-range transportation plan – called the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) – identifies the construction funding and schedule for state transportation projects over a 10-year period. NCDOT updates the STIP approximately every two years. The data-driven process to update the STIP is called Strategic Prioritization. For more information, visit NCDOT’s STIP web site. Project History STIP Manager provides the user with a web-based interface to view, enter, and edit data associated with the NCDOT Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). Modules are included to allow users to add and manage projects, input funding information, and to process STIP revisions through an automated workflow. Additional reporting and analysis features are included. The Project History report provides a detailed view of a project’s funding history across Active and Historical STIPs. A project’s history will be shown for the selected STIP and any prior STIP that the project was included in. This report is grouped and sorted by STIP ID and STIP/Revision. Mode, STIP ID, Funding Program, and STI Funded Category filters are available as report configuration options. The report’s format is similar to the Project Summary (Simple) report.
