This is the new version of Websphere MQ (MQ Series) that is required for the main Fueltacs application and the report application.
The executable on this FTP site is a self-extracting executable.
Save the executable to a suitable location on your hard drive.  
Executing it will prompt you to extract the contents to a directory of your choice.
This will result in a directory "MQ Client 6.0 CSD1".
In this directory is a file "Websphere MQ Client6.0 CSD1 Install.doc".  This contains the install instructions.
