Hi David/Robert:

Run HotFix_191023_Test.exe to install the test build.
*** NOTE:  This will run GPS correctly only on newer machines with built-in GPS, will not run GPS on old machines with external GPS dongle.

Rename ProdQAOnly.doc to ProdQAOnly.reg and run it.  This will set up the registry to point to the prod qa server.

How to make sure you're running the right version:
	----  Run the application, when the traffic light comes up and goes green, take cursor and float over the traffic light, it should say:
	----  NCDOT Communications Client.... Connected(Stage3)
	
When you're finished, you'll have to reinstall the application if you want to got back to a production version.
