Hi David/Robert: Run HotFix_180125_Test.exe to install the test build. This is the Release 22 hotfix. Rename ProdQAOnly.doc to ProdQAOnly.reg and run it. This will set up the registry to point to the prod qa server, and will also map the reports to right location. How to make sure you're running the right version: ---- Run the application, when the traffic light comes up and goes green, take cursor and float over the traffic light, it should say: ---- NCDOT Communications Client.... Connected(Stage3) When you're finished, you'll have to reinstall the application if you want to got back to a production version. ProdQARemoveRemaps.doc – this version deletes the “REMAPS” key for reporting. Rename to .reg. You will need to run this. Otherwise when you reload the production build on the user’s laptop, reports will fail. Let me know if you have any questions. Jeff NOTE: There are 32 bit versions of the registry files, but at this point I assume that all SHP machines are running a 64-bit OS.
