We were assuming that we would need to keep the remediation system intact- so let us know if it is closed. The building will be demolished and tanks removed a few months before construction- Summer of 2017. Shouldn’t be a problem to over excavate the tank bed. When removing the tanks please over excavate in areas where soil contamination came back above 10 ppm. GPM’s consultant was trying to conduct a groundwater sampling event before excavation activites begin to see if groundwater contamination levels have declined. Do you have a schedule of activities?
